Is Smart Bookmark really free?+
Yes, completely. No credit card, no trial period, no hidden fees. The core features are free forever. You save links; we don't sell your data.
What data do you actually collect?+
Only what you give us: your email, your hashed password, and your bookmarks. No analytics scripts, no fingerprinting, no telemetry. That's the entire list.
How is my password protected?+
Your password is hashed with Argon2id, the same algorithm trusted by password managers. We never store it in plain text and we can never recover or read it.
Can I import my existing browser bookmarks?+
HTML bookmark import is on the roadmap. For now, re-saving links is fast, and SmartLink AI makes each one cleaner than your original bookmark ever was.
Does SmartLink AI send my browsing data anywhere?+
No. SmartLink sends only the single URL you explicitly choose to enhance to the Gemini API. Not your history, not other bookmarks. Just that one URL, nothing more.
